Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. The order confirmation will detail the products you ordered and their prices, as well as billing and shipping information for your order.

Our standard delivery time is 1-3 days. NB! Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

All prices in our online shop are in euros and include VAT (25%).
We reserve the right to change prices, which may be due to price changes by the supplier, typing errors in the price list or pricing errors caused by other incorrect information.
5. Right of Refund
Ecommerce purchases have a 90-day return policy, which is calculated to begin when the customer receives the goods they have ordered.
5.1 Exercise of the Return Right:
If you wish to return products, you must notify us in advance by email (email@example.com). Your message should clearly show the following information: name, address, email address, order number and return products.
Returned Products must be sent to us immediately or at the latest 90 days after the return notice is sent.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the return of the returned products and to carefully package the products in their original packaging so that they are intact. We will pay the shipping cost of the return.
In the event that the returned Product is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct from the amount refunded to the Customer the amount corresponding to the impairment of the Product.
5.2 The following products are not eligible for a refund:
Products sealed for health or hygiene purposes and with seals opened.
Sealed audio and video recordings with seals opened.
Custom-made products that are customized to the customer or clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.
Fully completed services for which the customer has expressly agreed to waive his right of cancellation upon commencement.

6. Complaints and complaints
